The W.W. Mahaffey Family Bible had been destroyed some years before, and Aunt
LuCresia gave me what she had typed up. The typed page is in bad shape, I
understand. The bible had belonged to Elva Pauline Maloney, who was the daughter
of Melissa Augusta Mahaffey-Kingery, who died in a hospital in Carbondale.
